How long will my shipping be?
Shipping for all countries will vary but usually deliveries take up to 15 days for North America, Europe, and the UK. For outside those areas, deliveries 21 days. Delivery times can vary.

I’ve ordered my merchandise, what now?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by shipping details once package is processed.
How do I cancel an order?

How much is delivery?
You can find out how much deliveries are by going to checkout and putting in your address details. From there a price for shipping will be shown to you.
I can’t find the checkout?
To locate checkout, please go to merchandise page and on the bottom right of your screen, the checkout icon will be there. If it is not showing that mans you do not have any items in your shopping cart.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact filmispics@gmail.com if you hit those criteria’s.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to filmispics@gmail.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
